Summer Term!
We are looking forward to another great term of learning, growth, curiosity and fun!
Our new topic is the History-based 'Who were there Ancient Greeks and why do we remember them?' This is a fabulous unit of learning and the children will be transported back 3,000 years to delve into the world of myths, gods and goddesses, philosophy, innovation and mystery!
Our class books are is 'The Orchard Book of Greek Myths' and 'Greek Myths' by Marcia Williams.
Weekly dates to remember:
Monday - Reading Records checked (Reading Stars certificates and merits awarded) / PE
Tuesday - BYOB (bring your own book day) / SWIMMING
Wednesday - Homework Help club at lunchtime
Thursday - All homework, homework folders and pink Maths books due in / - spelling tests
Friday - BYOB / new homework and spelling words sent home
