8.35: School gates open. Infant children make their way around to the back playground and junior children meet on the front playground.
8.50am : The bell rings . Pupils go into school. for registration. The gate closes. Parents will have to ring the buzzer to gain access after this time.
8.55am: Lessons start - Reading and phonics
9.30- 10.30 - Lesson
10.30 - 10.45: Collective Worship
10.45- 11.00: Break
1200 - 1.00: Lunch time
1.00 - 3.20 : Lessons . Pupils in the infants have a 15 minute afternoon break .
3.15: Gate re-opens for parents to access school site for collection
3.20: Pupils finish school
Total length of school day from 8.50 - 3.20 = 6 hours and 30 minutes.
This equates to 32 hours and 30 minutes per week.
