Breadsall School Council meets regularly throughout the year. It helps plan events in school and listen to pupils thoughts and concerns. Over the last couple of years the School Council has purchased sponge balls for lunchtimes, a mirror for the boy's toilets and new football goals for the playground.
The pupils also organised and ran the school's talent show in the summer term and helped achieve an Eco Schools Green Flag and Derbyshire's Healthy Schools Community Award.
There is an Anti-Stigma Committee which promotes good mental health across school and an Internet Safety Committee which promotes keeping safe online.
