Class 3 - Willow

Summer Term is here!

We  have now started our new topic; Raging Rivers!

This is a geography-based topic, but with strong links to science, art, design & technology, music,  literacy and reading, so is an exciting and immersive topic for all of the children.

We are really enjoying  reading  'The Wind in the Willows' by Kenneth Grahame  and  are loving being introduced to Ratty, Mole and  Toad so far -  what characters!

In Science, we will be learning about plants, how they grow, what they need to thrive and  how they are structured.

Willows have PE on Mondays and Tuesdays (swimming) this half term.

Homework and spellings are set on Fridays.

Homework should be handed in by the following Thursday  at the latest, and spellings will be tested on a Thursday morning.
